Flights

Flights are our thaaang.

We buy the various products that are in the same category and try, and compare them.  Our recent favorites have been doing this with beer, sake, natto (納豆, fermented soy bean that's silky, stinky, and delicious), and the list goes on.  I think James has a stronger motivation in these types of experiments, but I've been known to be try-one-of-everything-type at potlucks my entire life (and classically, "hey, can I have a bite of that?"), so it really works out for the both of us.

I think this is a reason why: Both of us really enjoy seeing all that's out there, without any expectation, and then deciding what vibes with us.  Learning from experience.

Look at that.  Oozing "THIS IS YUMMY" and happy as a kid on Christmas morning.  (This was a test to see the difference between the limited batch fresh hops Santory Premium Malts and the trusty and tasty regular Santory Premium Malts.  The result?  Fresh hops ROCKS! and there's a diff.)
